Batchdaysocial, prepped on Sunday

Your social media, meal-prepped every Sunday.

Tell Batchday what happened at your shop this week. It preps seven finished posts for Instagram, TikTok and Facebook, then answers the comments.

$39 a month for one business. First two Sundays free, no card.
Right: Fern & Fig's fridge, a plant shop in Austin, prepped last Sunday in six minutes. Tap a container to read the post. Last Sunday 2,316 small shops opened a fridge like it.
01 · Groceries

Unpack what happened this week.

You don't write posts. You tell Batchday what came in, the way you'd unpack the shopping: a new product, some photos from Tuesday, a class on Saturday.

Here is Fern & Fig's Sunday. What came in this week?

Tap to put things in or take them out. The counter follows along.

02 · Chop

One big thing becomes four small ones.

A new product isn't one post. Batchday cuts it the way a cook cuts a squash: the photo and price, a twelve second clip, a how-to, and a last-call reminder for later in the week.

Pink pieces sell. Tin pieces help. White pieces show the shop. Every piece remembers which grocery it came from.

03 · Portion

Seven containers, balanced.

Nobody wants seven days of "buy this". Batchday portions the week so selling never runs two days in a row and the useful stuff carries it. Pick this week's diet:

04 · Label

Every lid says what, where and when.

The day, the time your followers are actually awake, the network, and the first line of the caption. Tap any container to open it and read the whole post before it goes out.

Change anything and Batchday keeps your version as the recipe next time.

05 · The week

One a day from the fridge.

Drag through the week. Each morning a container goes out, comments get answered in your voice, and anything Batchday shouldn't decide alone gets a sticky note for you instead.

06 · Price

Cheaper than one takeout a week.

Ingredients: what it works with

  • Posts to Instagram (business or creator account), TikTok and a Facebook Page.
  • Reads groceries from Shopify or Square, so new products and sales arrive on their own.
  • Events from Google Calendar: classes, pop-ups, holiday hours.
  • Photos from your camera roll. Share them to Batchday from an iPhone or Android phone, or text them to your shop's Batchday number.
  • One line about your voice. Fern & Fig wrote "friendly, a bit nerdy about soil, never says amazing".

Method: how to get started

  1. Connect your accounts. Three sign-ins, about four minutes. Batchday reads your last 60 posts to learn what works.
  2. Unpack the week. Drop in photos and a sentence about what's coming up. Anything from Shopify, Square or your calendar is already on the counter.
  3. Sunday, 4 PM: open the fridge. Seven containers are waiting. Change a caption, swap a day, or tap Approve week.
  4. Get on with your week. One post goes out each day at the hour your followers are awake. Replies go out in your voice. Anything about money, refunds or deals comes to you as a sticky note.

It never promises refunds or discounts, never buys ads, and on your first two Sundays nothing goes out until you approve it. Your photos and order data are used for your posts only, never to train anything else, and are deleted 30 days after you leave.
