A fridge draws more power when its compressor starts. Check the startup load as well as its everyday draw. The mock pack can store enough energy and still be the wrong size for a motor.
Fictional output limits: 1,800 W continuous and 3,000 W brief startup. Surge duration and appliance compatibility would require real hardware testing.
