Make the
missing piece.
The divider that fits. The clip that holds. The little thing you can’t find in a store. Put it in your drawer, not on a wishlist.
Sample loaded. Files stay in your browser.
Choose or drag a sample. Local STL files work too. Then make it yours.
A little color.
A perfect fit.
Choose the height, layer detail and filament bands. The estimate includes the material used to change colors.
Colors are assigned to height bands. This concept uses PLA filament. Estimates come from mesh cross-sections, not preset project prices.
Ready.
Set. Make.
Watch the bed probe, the carriage find home, and the nozzle lay down your actual model’s cross-sections. Time is compressed for this demo.
Model sliced. Ready to calibrate and print.
Scrub to inspect any slice. With reduced motion, Run completes the print without animation.
One less gap
in your day.
Gap Press
Self-calibration, an enclosed print chamber, automatic filament switching and a removable build plate. Made for the small, useful things you want to make again.

Everything you tried, in one place.
Keep making.
A home for every part of the process.
A NOTE ON THE MATH
Each STL triangle is intersected with horizontal planes. Those contours become the visible layers and determine perimeter travel. The estimate adds sparse infill, startup time and filament changes.
It is a browser simulation, not manufacturing software. Open meshes, overhangs and support requirements need a production slicer. Never use demo estimates for safety-critical parts.
