Heavy until you slow down.
Wall One is a strength trainer that bolts to your wall. A motor makes the weight and reads your bar speed every inch. When you slow, it takes a little off. When you stall, it spots you.

212 beta homes have logged 41,880 sets since March. , or lift on one at the Columbus or Denver showroom.
Do one set. Pull hard.
Every lift has a steep section.
You're stronger at some inches of a pull than others. A plate weighs the same the whole way, so it's easy where you're strong and crushing where you're weak. The motor can follow your curve instead, so every inch is the same climb.
The lift is the one picked at stop 2. Light blue is what a rested lifter can do at each inch. Green is the weight.
Where it goes.
212 homes have climbed it since March.

I lift at 5:40 before my kids are up. Nobody in my house can spot me, so I used to stop two reps early on everything. Now I go until it catches me. My row has gone from 70 to 105 lb since March.

Fifty-eight, with a rebuilt shoulder. My physical therapist liked one rule: it can't add weight mid-rep, only take it off. That rule is why I trust it at six in the morning on my own.

Folded, it sticks out less than our TV. One star off: our lease says no holes, so we needed the $290 stand.

It replaced a used cable stack and a squat rack in our basement. The installer was done in 50 minutes and took the box with him.

What Wall One won't do, so you know before you hold a place.
- It only knows the cable.Position and speed, a thousand times a second. No camera, no microphone. It can't see your form, so it won't pretend to coach it.
- It never adds weight mid-rep.It only takes weight off: between reps when you slow, and during a rep when you stall.
- 220 lb is the top.Split across two arms. If you squat more than that, keep your barbell.
- It isn't a doctor.Coming back from an injury? Ask one first. The spot is there for the last rep, not for a bad shoulder.
- It needs an outlet.A plain 120-volt outlet within six feet. It draws less than a hair dryer.
- The app comes with it.Every set, every rep speed, kept on your phone. Nothing about your lifting is sold.
